Christmas day

Merry Christmas everyone. I hope you all are having a wonderful time with family and friends. We had a wonderful day and the girls loved everything Santa brought them. I got a couple new imagine cartridges and a new tablet... Unfortunately my imagine didn't make it here in time for today. I am hoping by Tuesday it will be here.

The girls love their mini cricut cake and we might make something using it tomorrow.

Well I am exhausted and ready to head to bed.. I will say good night and wishing you all a Very Merry Christmas

Mini Album

Good Morning
I hope everyone is ready for the holiday weekend, I know I am ready for it to be over. I love Christmas Season.

The other day I went shopping for projects to do with the girls during Christmas break, cause that is what we do every year. We get some projects for the long break. And I saw these chipboard books in the dollar rack and thought o what a great deal and I picked up a couple.
I got home and started to look at them and said ugh where do I start. So of course off to google to search some ideas... haha!!!
wow there is some beautiful Mini albums and some very talented ladies out there. Well then I said ok I am going to make it for my mom, cause she has alot of photos of my grandparents in black & white and I had some vintage paper and thought it would be a wonderful idea to do. I ended up not using either one of the chipboard books and made my own up with a couple of layers of cardstock. I really love how this book is turning out. I still have a few little things that I want to add on to it. Today I am going to go and see if I can find some of Tim Holtz charms to add to the Mini Album. But here is the pictures of the book ... now we just need to add the pictures from my mom.

I have added some ribbon to the rings and I left one plain.

I used the gypsy and a few different cartridges to make this Beautiful Mini Album.
I think my mom is going to really love this. My grandparents were crafty too....

Well I am off now to finish up some more gifts for Christmas.

I hope you all enjoyed my Mini Album project and stop back again for more great projects...

Happy Crafting !

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Oops almost forgot! I had to make a Secret Santa Gift bag up for my daughter for her Band Class ... Here is the Bag I made up.

They have been wanting one for a while now and I couldn't pass it up.
And hubby got me a Imagine for Christmas and some cartridges too. I am so excited.

Well my fixed gypsy came home on Friday, yay!!!
It took me a while to get it all sync'd and ready to start to play with. But it was worth every minute of it. Last night I was able to finally get some time to sit down and play with it and designing.

And boy did I miss my Gypsy and happy that it is home and I can get creating again ...

I have been very busy making things for Christmas this past week. I have also been helping my BFF get her things made for the holidays too. She is still new to the cricut and still learning.

Well the past 2 days I have been working on my cards that I need to send out this year. I am a bit behind, so I am trying to put together same quick cards but yet different. We do the Snowman Theme and so I have been having some fun with coming up with different ones for this year. This is my first year making my cards so I am having fun with it.

Here are the cards that I have made so far.. I still have about 20 more to make ..
This set was made with Doodlecharms and Paper Doll Dress Up

This set was made using Doodlecharms

This next set I had so much fun creating and I love how they turned out. I used Winter Frolic and CCR to create these.

I was playing around on CCR this morning and trying to get used to the program and these are what I came up with.
I used my Peachy Keen Stamps for the faces instead of cutting them out and I love how the faces came out.

Thank you for stopping by. I hope you enjoyed my little projects.
 Happy Crafting!!!!

Merry Christmas!

Ribbon and Rosettes Cartridge

Hello Everyone and hope you are all enjoying your cyber shopping today. I know I did. I got a new Mini Cake Cricut for my daughter's for Christmas and I also bought myself a new cartridge..

On Saturday hubby told me he wanted to take me to Michael's, he told me that they had cartridges on sale. So we went to the new Michael's that just opened last month. They had two of the cartridges that I have been wanting, so I got them... well when we got up to the checkout the girl says to me that I get a free cartridge with the purchase of two cartridges yay me... I had bought Ribbon & Rosettes and Flower Shoppe and they gave me Jubilee for free... what a great deal.

So for the past couple of days I have been playing with the two new cartridges. I do have to say I am adding them to my favorites now...

Here is what I have done...

I have made a few more flowers  just haven't taken any pictures of them yet. I will take pictures and post them later...
On the Snowflake Rosette I used " Winter Lace" for the snowflake.. I see me make more of them in my near future. I love snowflakes and snowmen. I am going to make one with a snowman next ...

The snowflake rosette we are going to use that size on the tree this year.

Warm Winter Wishes Card

Good Afternoon Everyone!

Yesterday was a bad day for me in the crafting room, my gypsy broke and now I have to send it out to Cricut so they can send me another one. I am going to be without my Gypsy for a few weeks. I am so lost without it. I was so motivated yesterday and I had 3 projects all designed and ready to be cut out, and then that is when I noticed that the port to hook it up to the Cricut was broken. So I called and they are going to send me another one once they recieve this one.

So yesterday I ended up making a few projects for this weeks DT. yay!!! I can't wait until I can post them...

Well today I am working on a few card sets and single cards...

I really love how this adorable card turned out and wanted to share it with you all....

I used Winter Lace Cartridge. I am loving this cartridge.
I am planning on making some of the 3D Snowflakes with my daughters next weekend and hanging them up around the house. We are also going to making some snowflakes out of vinyl and putting them up on the windows.
Thank you for stopping by and watch for new projects and ideas.
Happy Crafting Everyone!

Turkey Table Decoration

Turkey Table Decoration

I found this idea on Cricut Chirp Newsletter today and I thought it was just too cute. I revised it a little bit. But it is such a great and adorable idea.

Here is how I made my version

Create A Critter Cartridge
Turkey cut at 6 1/2" the second turkey is revised cut
Leaves cut at 3" each

Tags, Bags, Boxes and More Cartridge
Popcorn Container cut at 6 1/2" ( I used the Gyspy to cut the container)

You can use these for little flower arrangements, candy or whatever you can think of. I am thinking of making another one and using one for flowers and one for candy...

if you have anymore questions please feel free to ask.

I also cut out larger Turkeys and put them up on my door and cabinets... these are so cute.

Thank you for stopping by and hope to see you all again...

Happy Crafting Everyone!!!!
