Ribbon and Rosettes Cartridge

Hello Everyone and hope you are all enjoying your cyber shopping today. I know I did. I got a new Mini Cake Cricut for my daughter's for Christmas and I also bought myself a new cartridge..

On Saturday hubby told me he wanted to take me to Michael's, he told me that they had cartridges on sale. So we went to the new Michael's that just opened last month. They had two of the cartridges that I have been wanting, so I got them... well when we got up to the checkout the girl says to me that I get a free cartridge with the purchase of two cartridges yay me... I had bought Ribbon & Rosettes and Flower Shoppe and they gave me Jubilee for free... what a great deal.

So for the past couple of days I have been playing with the two new cartridges. I do have to say I am adding them to my favorites now...

Here is what I have done...

I have made a few more flowers  just haven't taken any pictures of them yet. I will take pictures and post them later...
On the Snowflake Rosette I used " Winter Lace" for the snowflake.. I see me make more of them in my near future. I love snowflakes and snowmen. I am going to make one with a snowman next ...

The snowflake rosette we are going to use that size on the tree this year.

Here is how I made it:

Cartridges:
Ribbon & Rosettes

Winter Lace

Cut 3 scallop @ 1 1/2" light blue

Warm Winter Wishes Card

Good Afternoon Everyone!

Yesterday was a bad day for me in the crafting room, my gypsy broke and now I have to send it out to Cricut so they can send me another one. I am going to be without my Gypsy for a few weeks. I am so lost without it. I was so motivated yesterday and I had 3 projects all designed and ready to be cut out, and then that is when I noticed that the port to hook it up to the Cricut was broken. So I called and they are going to send me another one once they recieve this one.

So yesterday I ended up making a few projects for this weeks DT. yay!!! I can't wait until I can post them...

Well today I am working on a few card sets and single cards...

I really love how this adorable card turned out and wanted to share it with you all....

I used Winter Lace Cartridge. I am loving this cartridge.
I am planning on making some of the 3D Snowflakes with my daughters next weekend and hanging them up around the house. We are also going to making some snowflakes out of vinyl and putting them up on the windows.

Happy Crafting Everyone!

Starting to get things ready for Thanksgiving around the house today and this past weekend...
I have been having the girls help make little decorations for Thanksgiving...
Thanksgiving around here is a little stressful than normal. We have so much that goes on Thanksgiving Day, so I try to do little things leading up to Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving our High School Sponors a Turkey dip, and usually the High School has a football game too and then I am on Ambulance Duty that night. I usually make a few extra desserts and take them to the Ambulance for my crew.

This year we are making decorations to hang up and have on the table.
Well so far this is what we have done.

I used Simply Charmed Cartridge to make these adorable turkeys... I think they are so cute...

The ones hanging of the leave garland is cut at 5 1/2" and the ones on the cabinets are cut at 4 1/2" ...

Christmas Gift Tags

I am working on a few things for the holidays.
I was thinking sometimes we just have gifts that just need a cute little tag instead of all the wrapping paper... so I thought this would be great for those gifts..
Here are a few that I came up with

I embossed the snowflake with white embossing and I love how it turned out. I used a few different cartridges for these tags...
Cartridges Used:
Snowflake and Winter Hat : Winter Woodland
Base of the of the Tag : Cindy Loo
Second layer and third layer : George and Basic Shapes
I used my gypsy to make them all.

Here is a cute little card that I made using Jolly Holidays Cartridge.
I made this a little like the easel card that I make.

Card base is basic 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 and then the top is folded in half again...
I think this is the cutest card.

I hope you enjoyed my projects for today. Check back often for new projects and some instructions.
I am hoping I will be able to make my first video soon.... Things are settling down around here now and I would like to have a video done shortly... I am working on what I would like to make the first video on.. I am thinking maybe this adorable easel card ...

Happy November

Happy November Everyone!!! It has been a little nuts around here. We got hit with a snow storm on Saturday night and it was so crazy cause it was only October, who ever thought we would have snow before Halloween... haha!!!!

Last night it just felt so weird and odd that we were taking the kids out to trick or treat and there was snow on the ground. But we still had a fun time.
here are my nieces and my daughters.

Now Halloween is over it is time for me to get started on my two favorite holidays

I love crafting for the holidays. And the girls are excited cause they are going to be making new ornaments this year for our tree and around the house.

Happy Crafting Everyone!!!!
