Happy Wednesday Everyone!

 

 

I haven't been able to get a lot of time in the Craft Studio lately, but when I do I have been trying to make the most of it.

Last night I was able to get a couple hours in there and decided that I needed to make some embellishments for a few projects that I am going to make.

 

I went to the dollar store and picked up some Dominos and went through my stash and found some bottle caps.

 

Here is what I made for my embellishment stash now...

I used Glossy Accent to give it a finished glossy look on top and seal them.

 

I also used some of my rubber stamps to add a little more detail to them except for the Love Bottle Cap.

 

I really like how they all turned out and can't wait to make some more.

 

Today I got a little more time in the craft room and started watching some tutorials again on how to make some paper flowers. So today I spent my time playing with make flowers. I made 3. I will post pictures tomorrow and also thinking of doing a video on my Craft Store Hauls for the past few trips...

 

Well it is time for me to head to bed. I have a busy day with my daughters tomorrow. They have no school so it is crafty time with them tomorrow.

 

I have been teaching my daughters how to loom knit.

And they are doing great with it and they are making their own scarves.

Happy Tuesday

Hello Everyone! I hope everyone had a great weekend... We had some beautiful weather this weekend so we were able to get outside and do some clean up of the snow and ice that we had gotten last week...

 

Last week we had gotten about a total of 18-20 inches of snow and then some freezing rain on top of it. It made for a big mess. And the girls ended up with almost a complete week off from school. So last week no crafting for me.

 

The girls finally returned to school last Thursday and it is now time for me to get in the craft studio and get some creative going.

 

I have a few projects that I want to work on. I have a Vertical Paper Bag Mini that I started and I also need to finish up a couple of Altered  Altoid Container Mini's and I want to try to do a Altered Matchbox Dresser. So I have all my supplies ready to get started and I am also waiting on some Happy Mail to come in this week too....

 

I am excited Hubby got me a new camera and a photo studio for me to be able to get better pictures of the craft projects now. I can't wait to try it out.

 

I hope everyone has a wonderful day and a creative day... I am off to get my creative juice flowing and get another cup of coffee ...

Adore Tin Mini Album Video

Happy Saturday Everyone! 

I am very excited to share a video for my Tin Mini Album that I created this week. 

I had bought a few tin containers a few months ago and wanted to make a mini album with them. I have seen so many other videos of them and thought they would be fun to make and fast quick project. 

I had alot of fun making this one and have already started on a second on. 

You can either use a Altoid Mint Tin or you can google search this tins. I found some on Etsy.

Busy Busy...................

Happy Thursday Everyone.... 

I have been busy for the past few weeks with the holidays and then getting ready for the New year. So I haven't been able to post much or get much crafting done either. Now that the holidays are over and things are getting back to normal and the girls are getting back into their routines it will be alot easier for me to get into the craft room and get some creating done. 

I did start on a New Mini album after watching a few videos on a different way for me to put my albums together and figured I would give it a try. I love it and can't wait to make more that way and I will post a video showing my album shortly...

Merry Christmas Wooden Blocks

Good Morning Everyone on this cold December Morning! 

I am thinking it is going to be a great day to kick back in my pj's and grab my coffee and do some crafting after the girls head out to school. 

I hope you all enjoyed the Winter Wonderland Blog Hop this past week and I am looking forward to putting together another one soon and this time I will be offering some blog candy. 

I love the blocks that I made " Let It Snow", so I decided that I needed to make another set but this time with the saying "Merry Christmas" 

I love how quick these are to make up and fun. I have a few more sets to make up today of this one and then I have a couple more sayings that I am going to be working on too for other holidays and some everyday sayings.

Winter Wonderland Blog Hop

Today is the Winter Wonderland Blog Hop

I have a group of some very talented Crafters that have made some wonderful projects for today. 

The theme was a 3D Wintery Theme Project

Using Blue, White, Silver or Grey. 

I unfortunately have been having issues with my computer and my internet and I am running a bit behind on this and I am so sorry. I had been trying to work on my project but needed my computer to do so and I ended up making something totally different but still in the theme as much as I could with no computer. 

I created this wonderful wooden blocks using vinyl and wood and paint. 

LET IT SNOW!!!!!

 My block was painted off white and  I had to end up darkening it up to a dark beige ... I used a brown wash to darken the blocks up to match my decor for the holidays... 

Thank you ladies for particapting in my Winter Wonderland Blog Hop and for all your wonderful projects and sharing them with us all... I am again very sorry that this got a little messed up and I hope that in the future you will all join me again for another blog hop...

Mitten Gift Tags

Hello Everyone! 

Hope is staying and getting alot of your holiday crafting down... I just started mine today. I am a little late getting started. I am usually already finished other than finishing my cards but this year I have been involved with alot of outside events and the girls keep me busy during the week. 

Today I made it to the craft room finally and here is what I designed for the holiday gifts

I used the CTMH Artiste Cartridge to make these tags. 

I used the gypsy to design these tags 

Measurements: 

Tags - 3"

Mittens - 2"

CTMH Snowflakes Season & Nature

My Pink Stamper Christmas Wishes

Inks:

Stampin' Up Crumb Cake

CTMH Chocolate

I used the Crumb Cake to ink all the edges of the tags and mittens. Chocolate ink was used for the to/from stamps

I used 3D tape to pop the mitten on the tags. 

I used twine for the ties 

I love how these turned out and looking forward to making more. I have to get making about 50 more so I am off to the craft room ...
