Morning To Everyone!
I have been very busy with getting things finished for Christmas around here... So much to get done and not enough time...
My youngest daughter's Daisy Leader and I finally got connected to get her started in her troop. So for her first meeting they were going Caroling at one of the local Nursing Homes.. I was so excited for my daughter and was so upset that I actually had to work that night, but her daddy took her and he got a picture for me. And best part she earned her first badge... how exciting!
Well for her troop I wanted to make them something special. I decided to put together some snowman soup for them...
How I made these:
I cut the base 8 1/2" x 4"
scored at 6 1/2"
cut the pattern paper at 1 3/4" by 3 3/4"
beige card stock cut at 2 1/4" and then used my snowflake border punch and adhered it on the inside of the flap
Cut the snowflake base and top out at 2 1/4" (Snowflake cut from "Cricut Winter Lace" )
In the baggie I put:
2 Hershey Kisses
Candy Cane
Mini Marshmallows
Hot Cocoa Pack
You can find some many cute little Snowman Poems to add to them too... I was in such a hurry to get them finished that I forgot to add one to the baggie...
But in the end they were a big hit with girls and the leader loved them and thought they were a great little treat for the girls...
They were fun to make and quick too...
I am thinking about doing a video on these ... These would be great to hand out to teachers, neigbors and etc...
