My Crafting Space

Changing of Craft Room

I have been a little busy the past couple of days. I had to make some changes to my Crafting Space to make a home for my Imagine.
So my hubby and I started dismantling my room.
We moved everything around and went through alot of the old stuff that was in the room that was either not worth saving or stuff that was just not needed anymore.
I am a quilter, embroiderer, paper craftier and etc. So there was a lot of stuff.
We moved here last year and we pretty much threw my crafting space together to get back up and running. And we just got to the point where we never really did anything to it after that, but the other day I was sitting in the kitchen I said it is not going to work anymore and we needed to get in there and do something with it. Nothing was organized and stuff was hanging off the shelves.
I should have taken pictures of it before we started. But I was just so disguised with it and wanted it to get done. My Crafting space is right off my Kitchen and you have to walk through it to get the living room. So I wanted to figure out a way to make it so it was a little closed off to the living room but enough for the kids to walk through to go watch tv or etc.

Well enough of me explaining, Here are the pictures of it for right now. It is so much cleaner and organized than it was and I am very happy with it.

 E2 Table/Desk

 My Desk and work area

Imagine area and printer area and another work area..
( the stuff on the floor won't be there)

Thank you for stopping by!

Well now time to get to crafting and making a mess!!! Hahaha!!!
More work to the crafting space soon!!!!

Happy Crafting !

Happy New Year! Hope you all had a great time.
We spent the night at home with a couple of friends and our beautiful daughters. I love bringing in the new year at home with my family.
This is the first year that we actually had any friends over for the New Year and I really enjoyed it.

I am excited about 2012. I have started my own Design Team and I have some very talented ladies on the team and each one brings a different style to the craft. I am excited to have each one of them take this new adventure with me.

I have a Team Member that is going through a rough time right now and I would like to ask everyone if you could please keep her son, her and the family in your thoughts and prayers, please. Her son is only 2 years old and in critical condition. Thank you!!!

I am also proud to be apart of another Design Team and excited to get started. I love my crafting and sharing with others.
So come and check out this other group of talented crafters...

It is going to be a fun and crafty year

Mini Album

Good Morning
I hope everyone is ready for the holiday weekend, I know I am ready for it to be over. I love Christmas Season.

The other day I went shopping for projects to do with the girls during Christmas break, cause that is what we do every year. We get some projects for the long break. And I saw these chipboard books in the dollar rack and thought o what a great deal and I picked up a couple.
I got home and started to look at them and said ugh where do I start. So of course off to google to search some ideas... haha!!!
wow there is some beautiful Mini albums and some very talented ladies out there. Well then I said ok I am going to make it for my mom, cause she has alot of photos of my grandparents in black & white and I had some vintage paper and thought it would be a wonderful idea to do. I ended up not using either one of the chipboard books and made my own up with a couple of layers of cardstock. I really love how this book is turning out. I still have a few little things that I want to add on to it. Today I am going to go and see if I can find some of Tim Holtz charms to add to the Mini Album. But here is the pictures of the book ... now we just need to add the pictures from my mom.

I have added some ribbon to the rings and I left one plain.

I used the gypsy and a few different cartridges to make this Beautiful Mini Album.
I think my mom is going to really love this. My grandparents were crafty too....

Well I am off now to finish up some more gifts for Christmas.

I hope you all enjoyed my Mini Album project and stop back again for more great projects...

Happy Crafting !

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Oops almost forgot! I had to make a Secret Santa Gift bag up for my daughter for her Band Class ... Here is the Bag I made up.

Wreath Card

Hello Everyone...

Can't believe that Christmas in a week... wow it has gone by so fast.
I am so excited for Christmas and can't wait to see my daughter's faces when they get to open their shared gift... yes I got them a Mini Cricut Cake for Christmas. I am passing on my addiction to them. Hahaha!!!!!
They have been wanting one for a while now and I couldn't pass it up.
And hubby got me a Imagine for Christmas and some cartridges too. I am so excited.

Well my fixed gypsy came home on Friday, yay!!!
It took me a while to get it all sync'd and ready to start to play with. But it was worth every minute of it. Last night I was able to finally get some time to sit down and play with it and designing.
So here is my little Christmas Card that I designed and made last night. I love how it came out.

I used George & Basic Shapes and Christmas Solutions.
I love how this card turned out and looking forward to sending these out to my friends and family...

And boy did I miss my Gypsy and happy that it is home and I can get creating again ...

I am thinking I might do a video on this card for the new year.
I have a lot of exciting things happening for the new year and can't wait to share it with everyone... So watch for some new and exciting things coming in 2012...

Well off to do some more wrapping and card making... have a great day everyone...

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

Gyspy and Imagine

Good Afternoon All...
Today I will be busy working on Welcoming all my new Design Team Members. This is my first Design Team of my own and I am so excited about this new adventure.

I am also very excited that my gypsy will be back home today. It broke a couple of weeks ago and I had to send it back to Provo Craft to get it fixed... I do have to say I am very happy with the service each time I have called them that I received and the fast return of my gyspy too. I have been lost without my gyspy. So today it will be back in my hands and I will be able to get some more Layouts and Cards Designed ... yay!!!

Hubby was trying to surprise me for Christmas this year but he ran into a big wall and he needed me to help him out with my gift. He is getting me the Cricut Imagine and I am so excited ... I can't wait for Christmas. I did promise hubby that I would wait until Christmas to have it ... so the I can't wait for Christmas morning to get here now...

Well I am off now to get the Design Team List put together and then hopefully get some much needed crafting done today... yay!!!!

Have a Great Day Everyone and Happy Crafting...

My Christmas Cards

Good Afternoon!
I have been very busy making things for Christmas this past week. I have also been helping my BFF get her things made for the holidays too. She is still new to the cricut and still learning.

Well the past 2 days I have been working on my cards that I need to send out this year. I am a bit behind, so I am trying to put together same quick cards but yet different. We do the Snowman Theme and so I have been having some fun with coming up with different ones for this year. This is my first year making my cards so I am having fun with it.

Here are the cards that I have made so far.. I still have about 20 more to make ..
This set was made with Doodlecharms and Paper Doll Dress Up

This set was made using Doodlecharms

This next set I had so much fun creating and I love how they turned out. I used Winter Frolic and CCR to create these.

I was playing around on CCR this morning and trying to get used to the program and these are what I came up with.
I used my Peachy Keen Stamps for the faces instead of cutting them out and I love how the faces came out.

Thank you for stopping by. I hope you enjoyed my little projects.
 Happy Crafting!!!!

Merry Christmas!
